  I see a definite pattern with these reviews. $149 a month membership started out great until I was advised that "the girl who told you that doesn't work here anymore. She promised a lot of things." Well...that girl wrote the # of services I could get each month directly on the booklet. Second month they were cut in half. Then another new face had an entirely different policy. Although the PA is great, the rotating door of staff and lack of consistency with respect to services is beyond frustrating. With proper organization and management, I believe this concept could be amazing. However, 5 months in and I am counting the days until I am finished with the scheduling conflicts, manpower shortages, changing policy frustrations and time/money wasted. My advice to any potential new members is to schedule 12 months of treatments at sign up BEFORE they change the rules and services again.
