  The worst place you can go to period. Beware of cleanliness. I would not consider this place hygiene practice is safe at all.
  
  In addition they charged me more for overpayment due to the fact that they charged me more than what they were supposed to and insurance paid more than they anticipated, now been trying to get a refund for last 6 months and still waiting, is mine pulling teeth. No assistance of course now that they got my money. They tell me to call corporate and corporate no one answers. What kind of company is this???
  
  Stay away....
